Independent
My workbook, Subtext: A Bookish Bibliotherapy, allows for independent access to learning mental health skills and techniques at your own pace and time.
Therapy minded and Filipina made.
Subtext: A Bookish Bibliotherapy is a guided workbook invites readers to explore the emotional depth of the books they love. It helps readers look beyond plot and into the subtext, themes, and emotional experiences that stories often mirror in our own lives.
Designed for avid readers and BookTok enthusiasts alike, the workbook encourages thoughtful reflection on characters, relationships, identity, and personal growth.
